The Four Pillars Of Your Life

1. Awareness

The future is created in the present. Therefore you must practice present moment awareness so that you can deliberately create the future that you want.

Most people spend a majority of their time thinking about the past. But when you continue to dwell in the past, you continue to see more of the same in your future. The law of attraction demands it.

To live in the present, you must accept the present as it is. Things are the way they are right now because that is how they are meant to be.

They are the way your own previous thoughts have demanded them to be. If you are experiencing a present that makes you unhappy, don’t blame yourself or anyone else for it. Simply take responsibility for it and move on.

You can wish for things to be different in the future, but you cannot struggle against the present moment because it will only bring further resistance into your life.

Awareness consists of knowing the impact of your thoughts and actions. In order to create the reality that you want, you must practice present moment awareness before making all decisions.

When you begin to think about the consequences of your actions and who you will impact by those actions, you are much more likely to make the positive choice. To create a positive future, you must make this into a practice and select the choice that does no harm to you or anyone else.

Awareness means knowing that you reap what you sow; awareness is being established in the now.

2. Balance

A good life entails a life of balance. The main areas to consider are health, family life, work life, and social life. If you consistently neglect either of these four, you throw off the balance of your life and it begins to show through your behavior, temperament, and well-being.

You have to learn to allocate your time appropriately to each of these four areas so you can remain in balance.

For health, this means exercising regularly and eating the right foods to keep your body fit. It also means avoiding overindulgence in eating, drinking, and sleeping.

Family is anyone who is either directly related or someone who continues to significantly support us through a close relationship. You should make time to spend beautiful moments with these people because it is truly a gift that you have them in your life. Show for their love and support.

Balancing work life is perhaps the most difficult. But, you must try your best to not let your work take over our entire life and cause you stress. Otherwise, it will lead you to neglect other important areas of your life and you will inevitably suffer in those areas. Additionally, strive to do work that you enjoy and that makes you feel fulfilled.

Lastly, a good social life entails having people around you whose company you enjoy. These people should influence you in a positive way and bring out the best in you. The quality of your life is enhanced when you know people who push you to do better and with whom you can share your success.

3. Purpose

Our purpose in this life is to create. The field you choose to create in becomes the path through which you will develop, grow, and fulfill your potential.

You are an ever-expanding being living in an ever-expanding universe. It is your nature to grow and evolve. You do this by following the path of your purpose.

Your purpose prompts you to action. It requires you to continuously break through barriers of comfort and familiarity. Through this process, your old desires evolve into new, bigger, and better desires and enhance your mental power.

We all have a unique talent; a way of doing something that is better than anyone else in the world. It is our responsibility in this life to find that talent so that we can make the world a better place through our unique contribution.

Each one of us has unlimited potential. It just takes having faith in your ability in order to maximize it. Finding your purpose is as simple as doing more of what you want to do and what makes you feel happy. And, doing less of what you think you have to do due to social norms and expectations.

Your purpose is to embrace your individual nature and fulfill your unique desires to create a positive world.

4. Thought

Reality is an interpretation. The lens you choose to look at life through determines what you see. If the balance of your thought is more positive than negative, you see more good in your life than bad. Vice versa.

We live in a vibrational world; each thought is a vibration. Thoughts are creative, they are constantly shaping the experience that we are living.

Thought is our greatest asset. We are blessed to possess a tool through which we can deliberately create the life that we want and manifest our desires.

Every change in life begins with a shift in the balance of thought. If you frequently practice positive thoughts such as love, gratitude, faith, excitement, happiness, & joy, you life will continue to improve.

If the majority of your thoughts are fueled with negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, guilt, jealousy, & anger, the situations in your life will consistently reflect those emotions.

You should make it your top priority to monitor your thoughts and shift its balance from negative to positive. For anyone wanting to make a positive change in their life, this is very important. As you getter better with practice, your life will improve indefinitely.
