I will show you exactly how you can solve your problems and achieve your goals without struggling and suffering.
People like Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein used to do less and accomplish more. They didn’t take more action than you do in your life, but the action they took was more effective.
Not because they were smarter than you or have god like abilities that you don’t have, but simply because they were able to realize the way human beings are supposed to properly use their conscious and subconscious mind is a harmonious relationship.
What we call “genius” is a process; a way in which the human mind works to solve any problem.
So in other words, people like Albert Einstein and Thomas Edison figured out how human beings are naturally supposed to solve problems.
Things are generally simple, it is us who complicate things because we were never taught how to make proper use of our conscious and subconscious mind.
And the reason most of us struggle through our problems and find it difficult to achieve our goals is because we were never truly taught how to properly use our conscious and subconscious minds.
The conscious and subconscious mind each have a very unique purpose and function and a very specific a way they are meant to be used.
And that is exactly what I want to show you how to do today. So let’s get right into it.
Let’s start with the conscious mind:
The conscious mind is your personal will. It is a tool that has the power to reason and use logic to gather facts, make plans, make decisions and comparisons, use judgement, and determine right from wrong.
It has no ability to create or solve. It’s function is to gather data from the external world and feed it to the subconscious mind – which then works with that data to create solutions naturally and effortlessly.
Other than gathering data, your conscious mind’s job is to keep your awareness in the present moment so that the subconscious mind can work freely through you and react appropriately to any need you have in this moment.
We only run into trouble with our problems because we try to use the conscious mind to create solutions for our problems. But it literally cannot do that and that’s why most people become frustrated and run themselves in circles.
That’s why some people aren’t able to solve their problems for years. It because they are trying to think their way out of it. They spend all their time taking action towards their problem trying to think about a solution and doing what their conscious mind is influencing them to do but they never find it.
They try to force solutions through the conscious mind which has no creative ability.
The subconscious mind on the other hand is our creative mechanism.
It is a goal seeking device whose sole purpose is to literally take you to your goals. But it cannot function properly so long as you’re trying to run the show with the conscious mind and giving all your power to it.
It cannot create and solve while your conscious mind is running a thousand different places and trying to solve the problem itself while giving the subconscious no appropriate data to work with.
The subconscious cannot work freely through you to do anything as long as your conscious mind is getting in it’s way.
For example if you know how to drive you don’t need to think while driving, you just drive. The moment you start thinking about every little movement that you’re making and the amount you are turning the steering wheel and the amount of pressure you’re putting on the gas, that’s when you starting messing up and driving all weird. Try this at home…or actually don’t try it.
But the point I’m trying to make is that this is the way it works with us trying to solve our problems and trying to achieve our goals as well. The more you think about it and the more you use your conscious mind to do the work, the less you accomplish and the worst the quality is of the work.
Yet this is what most people do. What you end up with is a lot of activity and action but little to no results or progress.
In the process of thinking of a solution, we shun ourselves off from the solution. We block the intuition and the free flowing subconscious to work through us to create one for us.
So then finally, how do you come up with creative solutions and get answers to problems you don’t know how to solve. And how do you achieve your goals by doing less and accomplishing more?
Here is a proper blueprint.
#1: You need to clearly define the problem or goal.
This is crucial. The subconscious mind cannot work with an unclear goal. It needs something precise and detailed to aim at and to solve.
As I said before, your subconscious mind’s purpose is to solve problems and help you achieve your goals but if your goal is unclear then it has nothing to work towards. So really make it clear to yourself exactly what you want to achieve or solve and set that as an objective for yourself.
#2: Write down the problem or goal on a piece of paper.
In order for the subconscious to stay clear about the thing you are trying to solve or achieve, it needs to see it constantly. So write it down and look at this piece of paper multiple times a day and consciously read what you wrote down out loud to yourself.
#3: Do what is in your power and then let it be.
At the time you define the problem you want solved or answered or the goal you want to achieve, gather all the information that you can and do what is in your power to try to seek an answer or solution.
Focus your conscious attention on the problem for a decent amount of time. Don’t try to think of how to solve it but just give yourself time to understand the nature of the problem or goal.
Then after you have focused your attention on the problem or goal for a prolonged period of time and done whatever was in your power, leave it be.
Your job is now done. Your subconscious mind will now take over and influence action through you that will result in you finding a solution for your problem. It is going to come effortlessly and randomly. It is not something that can be forced or timed.
If you’re trying to solve a current smaller problem, your solution will come to you very soon, maybe even instantly. For bigger problems it can take longer. but what is required of you is your conscious awareness.
Know that you must always have the problem or goal in the back of your mind. The solution will only flow through you if you heighten your awareness of the present moment and stop always thinking about the past or future.
This isn’t some magic. It is how all discoveries work and it is how you even come up with solutions now but you just don’t pay any mind to it.
If you take a look back at some of the greatest discoveries ever made you’ll notice that they were made after serious contemplation upon the problem for a prolonged period of time and then surfacing randomly while the person was doing something else.
This might sound too good to be true and too simple.
But again, everything in the world is simple. It is only us humans who complicate everything.
This is how all the greats of the past solved problems, this is how artists come up with new songs and ideas, etc.
