How To Manifest More Than One Thing At A Time

In this video, I want to show you how to manifest more than one thing at a time, but with less effort, with less energy when I had just gotten into self betterment and manifestation, right? Um, I had so many goals.

That was the time of my life where I was really going through that self-actualization process where I’m like optimizing everything in my life, being as best as I can be, trying to improve myself and every single area of my life. Right? And we all have the main areas which are like career, money, health, relationships.

Uh, so having individual goals in all four of these fields can be kind of draining. You know, that’s what I kind of experienced with my own journey. I had a goal with money. I had a goal with my career, like what I wanted to do in life. I had a particular goal for my body, uh, and I had a particular goal for relationships and how I wanted to be perceived and um, you know, all these different things and they kind of break down into multiple other goals when we kind of get really caught up in, you know, uh, external things.

So what I ended up noticing myself, right, is like the more goals I had and the more I was consciously giving energy to so many of these goals, the more I found myself exhausted. But without results, without any sort of wellbeing within these areas that I was trying so hard to create wellbeing.

And maybe that’s something that you’ve experienced as well, where you’re constantly focusing on so many things yet not doing well in any of them. And so here’s when, you know, I came across a book called Reality Trend Surfing. And within it I found an approach that really worked well for me and an approach that was much simpler than I was making it out to seem. And you know that this is such a huge topic now, especially on Youtube, how to manifest more than one thing at a time. Can you actually do it?

The answer is yes. You can manifest more than one things at a time. However, I’m going to urge you right now just for the purpose of this video, right? I’m not telling you to do anything else in your life right now, but just for the next 10 seconds, actually just ask yourself out of everything that you want, what is the most important thing for you right now? What is your greatest priority in life right now? And just take a second to think about that. You could even pause the video right now and really just take it in. Think about it. What do I care about most in life right now?

And so when I first came across this, I’m in Reality Trans Surfing. I really started to think deep. And at that time my career was the most important thing in terms of like, you know, creating personal mastery request. It was very early stages of personal mastery quest. Um, but that’s what I labeled as my greatest priority at the time.

And so the Reality Trend Surfing approach is that you as a, you can manifest multiple things at a time, but not by focusing on the multiple things constantly throughout your day all the time. See, when you are chasing down multiple goals, your thought energy is spread too thin across those goals.

Because for every goal you are visualizing it for every goal you’re taking like concrete steps every single day, you’re going to have only so much time during your day that you can’t do everything you know and you’re going to feel like you’re not doing or making enough progress in the, in every single area as much as you’d like to be.

So where reality train surfing proposes is that and get really clear on what does that mean priority for you right now at this phase of your life. You know, in a couple of months it could be completely different.

Maybe right now you value your career, your money goal, but later in a couple of months you value family time or a relationship, something like that. And Vadim Zealand, author of Reality Trend Surfing says, you know, really ask yourself, what is the most important thing to you in life? Ask yourself what would make my life a holiday, right?

If I’m the most important thing in your life that you want would make your life a living holiday like an every single day. You’re happy, you’re joyful, you’re fulfilled. Why do you want any of the things that you want, not just to have them in your life. It’s because you want to be fulfilled and you think that those things will bring you fulfillment.

So you’re going for the number one thing right now and labeling it as the most important thing that will bring you the greatest fulfillment out of everything else on your list. And the Dean proposes that you should focus only on that big goal.

What is your true goal? What is the most important thing to you at this particular time in your life? And while while you’re working towards that, right? And while you are giving that one goal, your greatest amount of energy, your greatest amount of conscious effort, not necessarily struggling to maintain it, but like just throughout the day, now you’re all, your energy is towards this one goal.

Before it was like going towards 15 different things and spread too thin to make a difference in any of those things, but now all of that we’ve diverted and just placed it towards that one goal that truly matters the most to us and it works quite like this.

Once you start making advances in something that truly matters to, that your heart is truly like longing for and you start to go for that one main thing and you start making progress towards that, the manifestation of all the little goals follows behind.

When you are seeing wellbeing in the one main thing that you really want and you are experiencing wellbeing in that area, it creates an atmosphere of wellbeing in every other area of your life and all the manifestations are all the little things that you were actually before focusing on trying to manifest. All of them start to manifest on their own accord.

So relationships might end up becoming better, or your health might end up becoming better. You may have greater energy levels just because the one thing that you really mattered to you and you’re giving it more of your attention and energy and working towards it with more like Gusto.

Now that’s going well. So everything starts to go well. But you really have to make sure that that one thing that you really want is something that your heart truly desires. Not, it can’t, that goal cannot be something that like, oh, I want, I want to gain more respect, you know, because that’s like a mental goal.

That’s like a, a goal that is just built on a foundation of lack of self worth. So if anything, your, your goal could be like, I want to feel more worthy and I want to be more confident, but your goal can never be like trying to prove someone else wrong or trying to prove your worth to somebody else or doing something, um, to just, you know, prove something to somebody else. Your goal should be the answer to what would make my life happy and joyful and that should be your greatest priority in your life.

And once you are following that path, you start to radiate energy at the level of joy, fulfillment, happiness, and through that vibration it you just start to do well in all other areas of your life. This is a seamless process without even necessarily attributing any mental effort towards those areas. You just started doing well.

So yes, you can manifest multiple things at a time, more than one thing at a time. However, you cannot manifest it by focusing on multiple things at a time. Focus on the one main thing that lights your life up, that makes you joyful, that makes you fulfilled, that makes you just feel good even thinking about and start going towards that.

It’s not that you’re going to be neglecting of others every life, but just you’re diverting most of your attention to words. This one particular area that brings you the most fulfillment that feels good to even work towards.

It doesn’t even matter if this is fulfilled yet or not. That’s when you really know you’ve hit it when you don’t even care that you haven’t achieved that goal yet, but just working towards it every single day brings you joy. That factor of joy is what does it, because it literally floods into other areas of your life.

The vibration feeling of joy, of fulfillment is very powerful, and if you start to experience more of it in your life right now, not delaying it til some future where you have achieved something, then you will start to naturally experience it all across your life, not just in one area. Okay? Now I will let you, I’ll let you know that if you want to, you know, do it faster. If you want to accelerate this process, you know, every single day, take care of your health, no matter what goal is important to you, right?

Health still is like something that you need to constantly maintain because if you’re not healthy, if you’re not good flowing in your body, if you have a very dense sort of a low vibration energy, you’re not going to be manifesting anything.

So exercise every single day, some sort of exercise, move your body, get that energy flowing. No Man, no matter what your goal is, okay, you cannot just say, oh so sunny right now. Money is more important to me so I’m going to focus on money and completely, you know, let go of the health. No, no matter what your goal is, you don’t have to necessarily do crazy things in your health goal, but like you can just please exercise every single day because that will bring you mental clarity, that will bring you greater focus. It’s just tons of benefits that I do not need to mention in this video, but health is not something that you can neglect.
