Living In Total Detachment – Advaita Vedanta Approach
Advaita Vedanta – How to cultivate detachment by recognizing the temporary and transient nature of all that you consider to be real and significant.
Detachment is a quality which allows you to move in this world with freedom. It enables you to experience fully all the joys and sorrows of the world without clinging or resisting.
But, only once you begin to wake up to the dream like nature of this world, will you be able to live in the world with detachment.
If thoughts, feelings, body, world, and circumstances, are the extent of what comprises your reality, your truth – How can detachment ever occur?
In order to be free in the world you must be free of the world. You must awaken to that within which the world appears and disappears.
And in today’s video, that is exactly what I show you how to do.
In the video I will smoothly guide you to a direct recognition of what is real within the unreal; what is changeless within the changeful.
And through it, I hope to plant a seed in you which grows to great heights and bears the fruit of true detachment from all that is false.
