Realize This And Be Free From Thoughts – Advaita Vedanta Philosophy
Advaita Vedanta Philosophy: Today I will share with you one thing, which if you understand, will dissolve the belief you have in your thoughts as “me” which is what we also call mind identification.
Being free from thoughts does not mean having no thoughts.
It simply implies that you are not bothered by them being there or not being there; that you do not get carried away by what they are projecting; that you do not instill a sense of identity within them; that your understanding of what you are does not get clouded by their presence.
This may all seem complex, but it is utter simplicity. And the more you begin to explore it, the more you begin to see that this is the case.
So that is exactly what today’s video will help you see very very clearly.
In today’s video I will share with you:
- The two categories of thoughts and how they influence you differently. (Understanding this is crucial)
- How thoughts pull you into identification as an object of awareness – & how to dissolve this habit.
Today’s video is another one that you do not want to miss. I can say with confidence that by watching and practicing what I explain for even just one day, you will never be the same again.
Too bold of a claim? I guess you’ll have to watch the video and find out 🙂
All jokes aside, I hope it truly helps and brightens your day.
Have a good one!
