How To Stop Excessive Thinking

In this video I will show you a simple 3 step process to stop excessive thinking, how to gradually end the addiction to thinking altogether.

If you wish to have any clarity living in this modern era, you need to relinquish the habit of excessive thinking.

In order to do so, you must cultivate the capacity to perceive without mental descriptions; to BE with life as it IS, free of all mental distortion.

There are 3 steps to do this easily:

1: Physical objects: Learning to rest the attention with your environment.
2: Subtle objects: Learning to rest the attention with a feeling/sensation.
3: The Self: Learning to let go of all objective focus and just BEING.

These 3 steps will completely free of you being a puppet to your own mind, and today I wish to explain this to you simply with a 6 minute video.
